What Does the LSD Kit Detect?

This test is capable of reacting to a wide range of indole-based substances, including: 

  • LSD (Acid)
  • DMT and 5-MeO-DMT (often found in psychedelics such as Ayahuasca)
  • Psilocybin and Psilocine (found in magic mushrooms)
  • 5-MeO-MiPT, 5-MeO-DiPT, and synthetic analogues like 4-AcO-DMT

Instructions

  1. Crack Open the Ampoule: Carefully open the glass ampoule included in the kit.
  2. Insert the Sample: Add a small portion of the substance to be tested into the ampoule.
  3. Mix the Chemicals: Place the plastic lid on the ampoule and shake well to ensure the sample fully reacts with the reagent.
  4. Compare the Color Change: Observe the color change in the solution and compare it to the chart provided to identify which chemicals may be present. 

Interpreting the results

Color Change: The solution will change color depending on whether an indole-based compound is present. The specific color reactions and their meanings can be found on the included chart.

Safe disposal

After testing, please ensure that the ampoule and any leftover sample are disposed of safely to prevent contamination or harm. Proper disposal helps protect yourself and others from potential exposure to harmful substances.
